WHAT WAX AND WICKS ARE USED IN MONICA ETER CANDLES?
Monica Eter candles are made with 100% pure finest quality soy and coconut wax. These are bio-degradable, free from pesticides and herbicides and are cruelty free. The wicks are 100% cotton and lead free.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALL NATURAL?
We use pure natural wax in all our candles and melts and do not add any paraffin, parabens, animal derived products or toxins. 100% pure natural wax. To get the most out of a candle we use only the finest blends of essential oils and fragrance oils.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
We do not test our products on animals or use ingredients tested on animals. All ingredients we source are manufactured meeting FDA standards.
WHICH CANDLES HAVE THE STRONGEST FRAGRANCE WHEN BURNING?
All our candles will fill a normal sized room with scent. However, some are stronger and the scent will fill several rooms, or travel upstairs/ downstairs when lit. Generally, citrus and light floral fragrances tend to be softer, whilst spicy, sweet florals and vanilla based fragrances tend to be stronger.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO BURN A CANDLE?
The most common mistake when burning candles is not trimming the wicks between burns. The wicks should be trimmed to about 5 mm after burning for 2 hours or more. This will give you a much cleaner burn. Find out more on how to care for your candle via our candle care guide
I TRIMMED MY CANDLE WICK TOO SHORT AND IT'S NOT BURNING PROPERLY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
This can happen if you accidentally trim your wick too short. The flame will eventually die out. At Monica Eter we recommend removing some of the liquid wax surrounding the wick and relight.
HOW LONG WILL MONICA ETER PRODUCTS LAST?
If stored correctly Monica Eter products will last about two to three years. To store correctly, keep in a cool, dark place so that light and heat will not destroy the fragrance and discolour the product.

CAN I ORDER PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS?
Yes, all of our products that display the 'Pre-Order' buy button are currently being produced in our studio. At the request of our customers, and to avoid missing out on the latest batches, we have now added the option to pre-order for you. When pre-ordering you will receive your order 2-3 weeks after placing the pre-order. The payment for the order will only be taken from your account once your items have been dispatched from our studio.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON AN ORDER I HAVE PLACED?

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Typically orders to mainland Europe take 2-3 days, the Americas 3-4 days, Middle East and Far East 4-5 days, Rest of the World 4-5 days. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will be more than happy to replace the item for you and ensure your new order arrives safely. You will need to send the order back to us via post or courier. Once we have received the order we will send out your replacement right away.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT? OR WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY?
We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your goods, you may return any item in it’s original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. For more information please see our Returns Procedure.
