Christmas Delivery last minute gifts 2024

To ensure you receive your orders in time for Christmas we are now shipping all orders by express delivery.

 

LAST ORDER DATES FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2024

All our items are handmade, lovingly packed and shipped from our studio. All orders contain complimentary gift wrapping, if you require additional gift bags with your order (maximum of one per candle), please let us know within the comments section when placing your order. Please expect standard deliveries to take the following times;

LOCAL PICKUP from the Portobello Road shop, last order date 6pm 23rd December

UK last order date 3pm 19th December

Europe last order date 3pm 14th December

USA and CANADA last order date 3pm 14th December

MEA last order date 3pm 14th December

Rest of the World last order date 3pm 14th December

 

STANDARD DELIVERY POST CHRISTMAS

Expect standard deliveries to take 2-5 working days within the UK, 5-8 working days for EU, 8-10 working days for the US and 10-15 working days for the Rest of the World. Express delivery typically takes 1-2 business days within the UK and 2-4 working days for the Rest of the World. We will arrange for packing and we will decide on the most suitable method of delivery either by post, courier or otherwise, to get you order to you as promptly as possible. We will give you an estimated delivery date for the Goods. We use Royal Mail, DPD and UPS delivery services, the times or dates provided by them are not guaranteed. You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours or receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.
