All our items are handmade, lovingly packed and shipped from our studio. All orders contain complimentary gift wrapping upon request, if you require additional gift bags with your order (maximum of one per candle), please let us know within the comments section when placing your order.

Please expect standard deliveries to take the following times;

PORTOBELLO BOUTIQUE PICK-UP: Same day available Monday to Friday. Cost: Free

LOCAL DELIVERY within RBKC: Same day to 1 day. Cost: Free

UK: 2-5 Business Days. Cost: £5.99 - Orders up to £49, Free - Standard delivery orders over £50, Free - Express delivery orders over £100.

Europe: 5-8 Business Days - Please be aware there may be additional local tax to be paid upon receipt, as a result of the UK leaving the EU.

USA and CANADA: 8-10 Business Days. Cost: £20 - Orders up to £179, Free - Express delivery orders over £180.

MEA: 5-12 Business Days. Cost: £20 - Orders up to £179, Free - Express delivery orders over £180.

Rest of the World: 7-14 Business Days. Cost: £20 - Orders up to £179, Free - Express delivery orders over £180.

Expect standard deliveries to take 2-5 business days within the UK, 5-8 business days for EU, 8-10 business days for the US and 5-12 working days for the Rest of the World. Express delivery typically takes 1-2 business days within the UK and 2-5 business days for the Rest of the World.

We will arrange for packing and we will decide on the most suitable method of delivery either by post, courier or otherwise, to get your order to you as promptly as possible. We will give you an estimated delivery date for the Goods. We use Royal Mail, DPD and UPS delivery services, the times or dates provided by them are not guaranteed. You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours or receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused and resaleable condition along with all packaging.

Please email within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorisation Number. We require that your item is returned within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorisation number.

If you decide to return an item(s) to Monica Eter, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), as unfortunately these costs cannot be recouped, and the cost of returning the package to Monica Eter. 

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
